Terms & Conditions:
- Prices are in Euros per Apartment and Townhouse per night. Breakfast not included.
- Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
- Taxes and services are included.
- Minimum stay 2 nights. During July and August minimum stay 7 nights.
- VAT 5 % included.
- Prices include maid service twice per week (excluding public holidays)
- Towels changed twice a week and bed linen once a week
- Check-in time : from 2pm / Check-out time: until 12 midday
- Pets are not allowed at the resort
- Extra bed: € 50 per week or € 8 per night
- Cot: € 25 per week or € 5 per night
- High Chair: € 15 per week or € 3 per night
- Cot and High Chair package €40 per week or €8 per night
- Accommodation type will be confirmed upon reservation. Units featured are for illustrative purposes only. It is not guaranteed that the unit booked will be as in the brochure/website.
- At check-in, guests will be requested to leave a security deposit of €250 to cover any damage to the property during their stay. This can be taken on credit card.
- Vilabranca Management cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including so-called force majeure such as failure of water, electricity or gas, climate, fire, earthquake, neither for other political or social activities such as war, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, or any other unforeseen activities.
- Complaints should be addressed to reception whilst at the Resort. Appropriate measures will be taken to solve the problem. No liability will be accepted after check out.
Payment Policy:
Accommodation: A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm the reservation and the balance of 75% must be paid one month prior to arrival.
For reservations made one month or less prior to arrival date, full payment is required.
Packages: Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), bank transfer, cash or Portuguese cheque.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of no show, the full cost will be charged.
- Cancellations from one to ten days prior to arrival, Vilabranca will charge 100% from the total amount of the package / accommodation
- Cancellations from 11 to 30 days prior to arrival, Vilabranca will charge 50% from the total amount of the package / Accommodation.
- No refund will be made to clients vacating their units before the confirmed departure date.
